These 2 days of softkills training were really fun. I didn't really expect it to be so easy. I was just basically saying the logical and boom! the answer was right. :)
There are quite some of the stuff that we had to memorize and go by the rules as the company's trying to protect their corporate/professional image.
Made quite a few new friends here. Mostly, I'd say, are the kinda of friends you say hi to and have fun with only. Not the type to go into anything deeper. Seems like everyone secretly looking after themselves.
It was obvious from how everyone was keeping things to themselves, even when asked to share, and only sharing when there is no way to escape it. Very typical Asian culture. Everyone keeps their own knowledge to themselves. So whoever that has enough to share, but still able to hide enough for themselves, will definitely excel.
Kinda sad that this is happening in an American company.
